Experience

I joined Strategos in autumn 2011 et left in December 2021.

Throughout my varied and rich career, I have had the pleasure of managing, contributing, accompanying or influencing all kinds of strategic, operational and cooperation projects, in Switzerland and abroad. I have worked for organizations such as the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, the European Free Trade Association EFTA, the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs FDFA, several non-governmental organizations (NGOs) as well as start-ups in the private sector.

Today, I would like to help inspire and support any organization (foundations, associations, public, para-public and private entities) wishing to evolve its strategy, renew its governance, strengthen its influence or improve the effectiveness, sustainability and impact of its programs and projects. To do so, I rely more and more on participatory methods.

What I am particularly good at doing is piloting, coordinating and scaling up pilot projects, which require perseverance, precision and overview; finding solutions to the many obstacles and bringing together collective skills to meet challenges. And facilitate team or stakeholder meetings leading to the previously defined goal while opening up the field of possibilities.
