Experience

After graduating from the HEC business school, I began my career in auditing (chartered accountant diploma). After a few years, I turned to company management: as head of the Finance department at Romande Energie, I was responsible for adapting its organisation and culture to those of a company meeting the criteria of a liberalised market. For the last fifteen years or so, I’ve been concentrating on change management: first at KPMG, then as a partner at Strategos SA (since early 2003). My work today focuses mainly on providing strategic, organisational and managerial support to universities, public administrations, social and medical institutions and private companies. I am also a lecturer at Bachelor’s and Master’s level at the HES-SO. I like to combine substantive reflection and relational dynamics in my work; the objective for me in both cases is to better integrate the complexity of logics, be they political, institutional, organisational, hierarchical and/or personal.
