Imagination and ambition to invent the future

What I can do for you

  • Supporting a strategic approach: from analysing the context and the players involved to drawing up a strategic plan and an implementation plan
  • Supporting complex projects, particularly those involving several partners. Enabling us to go beyond the minimum consensus by giving concrete form to a genuine shared ambition
  • Evaluate projects, programmes and policies to be able to adjust them and make the right decisions
  • Facilitating thought processes, helping shared solutions to emerge, supporting participative approaches
  • Building and evaluating scenarios (operation, organisation)
  • Supporting reorganisation processes, depending on the issues and constraints, both internal and external
  • Developing indicators and a dashboard system

Education

  • Basic education in biology (University of Lausanne)
  • PhD (molecular biology) from ISREC
  • MBA, HEC Lausanne
  • Various continuing training courses (participative approaches, communication, research management, etc.)

Experience

I obtained a doctorate in science at ISREC, working on the molecular basis of a cancer caused by a retrovirus. After completing a post-doctorate in oncology and genetics, I obtained an MBA, equipping me with the tools that enabled me to move into the management of universities, healthcare institutions and companies, both public and private, in the medical and scientific fields. I have led numerous strategic thinking, organisation, evaluation and restructuring projects in these areas, and have developed analysis and management tools tailored to them. An academic manager introduced me by saying that I was the person these organisations turn to for solutions when a complex, sensitive issue involving multiple interests needs to be addressed. I like to think that there is some truth in this statement.

I’m very interested in interdisciplinary dialogue and its ability to generate shared, innovative solutions.
