After studying occupational psychology, I joined a consultancy firm where I developed my skills in training and assessment. After a few years, I specialised in team coaching and have been working as a coach and trainer since 2002. My work is characterised by a participative and pragmatic approach, whether it’s to develop a corporate strategy, manage change or develop a culture of innovation.
My work is based on two pillars: support for private companies and public institutions on the one hand, and management training (HES-SO, Confederation, companies) on the other.
I enjoy drawing on the collective intelligence of a group to come up with solutions that give pleasure and meaning to the work.
